Poppyseed Chicken
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
Mix together
- 7 chicken breasts (cooked & shreaded)
- 2 cans of cream of chicken
- 2 cans of cream of mushroom
- 16oz sour cream
- 2 cups rice
- 1/8 tsp poppyseed
then put into a 9x13 pan.
For the topping
- 2 sleeves of ritz crackers (crushed into bite sized pieces)
- 2 sticks of butter (melted)
mix together and put it on top of the casserole.
Bake for 30 minutes
