Homemakers-in-the-Making Monday

Here at Handmaidens with a mission we are excited to announce that today we are adding a new weekly feature to our blog, Homemakers-in-the-Making Monday, where we will post anything from recipes to house cleaning tips and deccorating.

For our first, Homemakers-in-the Making Monday, we are going to post one of our favorite recipes.

Boiled cookies

2 cups of sugar

1/2 cup of milk

3 tbs. of cocoa

1/2 cup of butter

Put in pan. Let it boil for about a minute and a half. Pour into a large bowl. Add 1/2 cup of peanut butter. 3 cups of oats (uncooked). 1 tsp. of vanilla and mix well.

Drop on wax paper. Let cool for about 20 minutes.

If any of you have recipes, cleaning tips, deccorating tips, ect. that you like us to share please send us an email and we will consider posting it.

Blessings to all,

Autumn

What a great idea!! That's really neat; I'm really looking forward to the future posts!

I have some great recipes I've recently tried, so I'll probably be e-mailing you soon! :)

Those cookies look great! I can't wait to make them. I like to make cookies or some other kind of treat for my father's father/son meeting at church on Wednesday nights, so I'll be sure to make those next time!
